The Wok People recently welcomed Chef Hideaki Inoue from Green House HQ in Japan for a week-long Guest Chef showcase across multiple client sites. With over 30 years of experience in Japan’s most prestigious kitchens, Chef Hideaki delighted diners with authentic favourites such as Saba Miso, Okinawan Taco Rice, and traditional Japanese sweets, each reflecting his refined techniques and culinary heritage.

In addition, our culinary team had the rare opportunity to train under Chef Hideaki during immersive sessions where he generously shared nine exquisite recipes, each capturing the essence of Japanese cuisine. The training went beyond mastering dishes—our chefs gained valuable insights into Japanese culinary philosophy, elevating their skills and deepening their appreciation of cultural traditions.
